At Tic Tac Tozy Wellness Pedicures, we believe foot care is a personal journey. To ensure we can provide the specialized attention your feet deserve, we have a clear booking policy.
Deposit Policy
A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount is applied toward your final service total and is 100% refundable when you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.
Refund Conditions
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Please arrive on time to ensure your appointment proceeds as planned.

We respect your time and your feet. To maintain a professional and relaxing environment, we ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Photo-Based Pricing
Want a better idea of your price? Text a clear photo of your feet and toenails. Based on the photo, we may provide an estimated price range. Your final service recommendation and price will be confirmed after seeing your feet in person.
Studio Policies

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled to avoid affecting clients scheduled after you.
Acrylic Toenails
Tic Tac Tozy Wellness Pedicures does not remove acrylic from toenails. If you currently have acrylic or enhancements on your toenails, they must be professionally removed before your appointment.
Children & Pets
To maintain a safe, professional, and relaxing environment, please do not bring children or pets to your appointment. Only the client receiving services should attend unless prior arrangements have been approved.

Photos of your feet and toenails are taken before and after services as part of our clinical documentation. These images allow us to track progress over time and maintain accurate service records for your ongoing care.
We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or decline a service if performing it may be unsafe or outside our professional scope of practice. If you have an open wound, active infection, or another condition requiring medical attention, please contact us before your appointment.
